HOUSING
We have
reserved two blocks of rooms, at the Bevill Center and at the Fairfield Inn.
The Bevill Center rooms are available only between 6/24 and checkout by 6/27.
They would therefore be particularly convenient for those who are coming only
for the Capra meeting itself, and are not staying for the workshop. The rooms
at the Fairfield Inn are available for the entire period.
If you
need help with setting you with a roommate, please send an email.
Bevill
Center rooms:
A block of rooms is reserved at the Bevill
Center on
UAH campus, walking distance from the venue of the meeting. These rooms are
only for 6/24 through 6/27!
Room
rates are:
Non-smoking
double (2 double beds) $67
Hotel
rooms are subject to state at local taxes, currently 12% state lodging tax and
$1.00 city lodge fee per room per night. These rates include a continental
breakfast.
Cancellation
policy: If you cancel at least 48 hours prior to arrival, you will not be
charged.
Check-in
time: 3pm. Check-out time: 12pm.
Reservations
cut off:
The
unreserved rooms will be released June 10, 2007. Room rates may be higher after
the cut off.

Fairfield
Inn rooms: A
block of rooms is reserved at the Fairfield Inn, 2.8 miles from campus.
